I know that I usually let you know how to get ripped and get six pack abs, but today I am going to tell you the one exercise you need to avoid if you want to have a nice V-Shaped body with a slim waistline.

The #1 WORST Ab Exercise to AvoidThis secret is going to help you realize how to get those abs to pop out, as well as look nice and strong.  I want to share this with you today, because most people workout this muscle incorrectly, which results in making them appear fatter instead of more ripped.

In the past, I spent countless hours doing exercises and other weird moves in the hopes of getting a six pack. But most of the things I’ve tried were simply a waste of money and time.

Here’s what you have to do:

Avoid any exercises that work the obliques or man handles, I’m too manly to say love handles. Just kidding, but you want to avoid these exercises unless you are one, or both of these :

1. An athlete that needs to work those muscles for performance.

2. Well under ten percent body fat and super ripped.

Why?

You may ask.

Let me share a couple secrets with you…

Secret 1:

Your abs are just like any other muscles, the more you train them, the bigger they get. Make sure you’re not overtraining them, because it might make your stomach look bigger.

Secret 2:

The hardest area of the stomach to burn fat off of is the part of the waistline right under your belly button, so unless you want your love handles to look bigger, leave your obliques alone!

Now that you know what NOT to do, it is time to make a step in the right direction and start burning that stubborn belly fat that is hiding your six pack abs.  Every time you even think about working on your obliques and you are not an athlete or well under ten percent body fat, I want you to do a set of M-100’s! This movement will help strengthen your core and burn a ton of calories.

What is an M-100?

Squat Thrust — 10 reps

Mountain Climber — 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO)

Squat Jump — 10 reps

Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total.
